A bright yellow full moon slipped through silvery curtains of mist as below, a silvery cat sat still and silent, watching the stars dance between the clouds. She waited for the sun to rise, and her clan to wake as silvery light brushed to silent waters of a blue lake. She carefully thought about the three cats missing-no, four. NIghtAmber, RainStream, her deputy, and Dappledkit. what would be done about those four?

A shaped moved in the darkness at the edge of the camp, a rustling sound was made as her fur brushed against the undergrowth.
"Dewstar?" the shape emerged and Shimmerpaw began to talk. "I don't think that these cats were killed. I think they must have wandered off somewhere. There wasn't enough blood on the ground for a cat to have died." She mewed thoughtfully. "Dappledkit was one of my close friends. Can I please go look for her at dawn?" she begged,looking pleadingly up at Dewstar "I think she must have just gotten lost. Why would anyone want to kill an innocent kit like her?"

"I realize you're scared for her. Go, but take someone with you-apprentice or warrior."

Personality: a cheerful, outgoing cat who is everyone's friend, sometimes she forgets what "personal space" is.
History: her mother was loyal to the clan, and so was her dad, but in a scramble with a group of rougues, she got badly hurt and lost her sense of direction, and found her way to Lakeclan, where she has been for 2 moons. When the rougues attacked, she was half a moon into training.

Personality: Wildheart is a little shy, but give her an inch and she walks all over you. A bit of a do, not say, wildheart sometimes jumps into action too soon. a very impatient cat, wildheart is still loyal and true to her friends.
History: Wildheart was born deep within a chain of tunnels called the underground forest, hidden in the chambers, and lived with her family. but one day, twolegs came and destroyed many of the entrances and tunnels, supposedly trapping the parents inside. somehow, wildheart managed to escape, but during this event, she lost all memorys of her parents, and they still haven't comeback. All she remembers is looking back at a collapsing tunnel and seeing a glimpse of reddish-brown fur and gleaming eyes, brimming with tears.

"I will." she promised. She turned around and headed back through the reeds and into the apprentices den. When she got through she spotted the faint rising and falling of a snow-white flank. She crept up to it, careful not to wake the other cats snoring. She gently prodded the mass of fur. "Winterpaw?" she whispered.

"whzzat?" winterpaw murmured. "Oh, hi, ShimmerPaw. What is it?"
